BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • Operating CNC Surface grinding machines is very much depended on the operator’s skill of programming, knowledge & experience. But with PINNACLE-make High Precision CNC 2X surface grinding machines, the operating of machines is made simple & precise wherein the operator only needs basic knowledge of surface grinding operation. PINNACLE has developed customized screens which don’t need lengthy programming & programming code skills but only needs to feed in step by step NC data of surface grinding process.

  • The regular developed canned cycles include Step Grinding, Continuous grinding, Plunge grinding & Face grinding. PINNACLE has also developed various Customized canned cycles against customer’s specic requirement.

  • CNC 2X series machines are designed and developed to cater almost all surface grinding applications such as Creep feed grinding & Spline grinding using necessary special attachments/equipments/Jigs/Fixtures.

  • Longitudinal Movement i.e. X-Axis is driven through Hydraulic cylinder with end cushioning device for good damping effects at the end of each Stroke & with solenoid valves for soft table reversals over Precise Ground Prism-Flat guide ways.

  • Vertical Movement i.e. Y-Axis and Cross Movement i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor directly coupled to Ball Screws with Zero backlash Servo Couplings over Precise Ground Prism-Flat guide ways.

  • All the Turcite B-Lined Prism Flat Guide ways / L. M. Guide ways are equipped with Auto Lubrication unit has facility of Re-Circulating Filtration system with Low & High signal and Pressure drop signal for Constant Dust-free Hydro-dynamic flow. It gives high sensitive mechanism to achieve micronic movements with stick-slip free motion.

  • Grinding Spindle-Cartridge is assembled with Imported SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS grease packed with Imported Grease filled for Life for long trouble free service.

  • CNC 2X series High Precision Surface Grinding machines are available from Table size 500 x 250 mm to 3000 x 700 mm.
