  • A highly accurate Surface Grinder is a tool or device used to remove material by cutting sections. It uses an abrasive particle machining process to remove material from the part surface.

  • PINNACLE manufactures and supplies Automatic Surface Grinding. They are high-precision hydraulic semi-automatic surface grinders, rotary tables, and horizontal spindles, based on the latest European concept of column motion production.

  • The longitudinal axis, or the X-Axis, is driven by a hydraulic cylinder with an end damper for better damping at the end of each stroke and an electromagnetic valve for smooth tilting of the table.

  • The vertical axis, i.e., the Air axis, is driven by an AC servo motor through a precision ball screw and nuts.

  • Cross (transverse) axis, i.e., the Z-Axis is driven by an AC asynchronous motor and driven by precision ball screws and nuts.

  • Grinding spindle: The cartridge is filled with imported SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS long-life grease for long and fault-free operation.

  • The GSH series offers 2-axis automation, namely X-axis and Z-axis with quick positioning and manual vertical depth of cut (Y-axis).
