BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • PVR CNC series machines are Single Axis CNC Controlled High Precision Vertical Spindle Rotary Table Surface Grinding machines.

  • ROTARY AXIS i.e. C-Axis is equipped with Hydrodynamic designed Table capable to carry heavy load capacity neglecting the structural wear and inaccuracy caused by Rotary wobble.

  • VERTICAL AXIS i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Precision Double ended Ball Screw & Nut.

  • GRINDING SPINDLE-CARTRIDGE is assembled with SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS along with Imported GREASE Filled for LIFE for Long trouble-free service.

  • PVR CNC series machines are mostly used for High-Volume applications, significantly reducing operator dependency while ensuring consistent precision and efficiency.
