BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • PINNACLE-make FASGM series machines are Hydraulic NC-Controlled Fully Automatic High Precision Horizontal Spindle Reciprocating Table Surface Grinding machines established on Latest European concept of Column moving design.

  • Longitudinal Axis i.e. X-Axis is driven by Hydraulic cylinder with END CUSHIONING device for good damping effects at the end of each Stroke & with solenoid valves for soft table reversals.

  • Vertical Axis i.e. Y-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Precision Ball Screw & Nut.

  • Cross (Traverse) Axis i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Induction motor and Drive through Precision Ball Screw & Nut.

  • Grinding Spindle-Cartridge is assembled with Imported SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS grease packed with Imported Grease filled for Life for long trouble-free service.

  • FASGM series provides Automation in all 3 Axes Vertical Programmable Auto Down Feed Feature containing Standard Semi-Auto, Auto & Plunge Grinding Cycles along with innumerable other features on a 7-inch Colour Touch Screen HMI.

  • FASGM series machines are mostly used for High Production / Batch Production purpose decreasing a whole lot of dependency on Operators.
