BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • PINNACLE-make PHR NC series machines are NC-Controlled Fully Automatic High Precision Horizontal Spindle Rotary Table Surface Grinding machines established on Latest European concept of Column moving design.

  • Rotary Axis i.e. B-Axis is equipped with Hydrodynamic designed Table capable to carry heavy load capacity neglecting the structural wear and inaccuracy caused by rotary wobble.

  • Vertical Axis i.e. Y-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Precision Ball Screw & Nut.

  • Cross (Traverse) Axis i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Induction motor and Drive through Precision Ball Screw & Nut.

  • Grinding Spindle-Cartridge is assembled with Imported SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS grease packed with Imported Grease filled for Life for long trouble-free service.

  • PHR NC series machines are mostly used for High Production / Batch Production purpose decreasing a whole lot of dependency on Operators.

  • PHR NC series machines are used in various Surface Grinding applications of Tool-room, Wood working machinery parts, Diamond Industry, Gear manufacturing, Automobile Industry, Bearing Industry and Pump-Valve Industry.
