BRIEF DESCRIPTION

PHR NC series provides Automation in 2 Axes i.e., Rotary (B-Axis) and Cross Axis (Z-Axis) with Rapid Positioning & Automatic Depth of cut in Vertical Axis (Y-Axis).
ROTARY AXIS i.e., B-Axis: - Equipped with Hydrodynamic designed Table capable to carry heavy load capacity neglecting the structural wear and inaccuracy caused by Rotary wobble.
VERTICAL AXIS i.e. Y-Axis is driven by A. C. Servo Motor through Precision Double ended Ball Screw & Nut.
CROSS (TRAVERSE) AXIS i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Induction motor & Drive through Precision Double ended Ball Screw & Nut.
GRINDING SPINDLE-CARTRIDGE is assembled with SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS along with Imported GREASE Filled for LIFE for Long trouble-free service.
