BRIEF DESCRIPTION

  • PHR SEMI series provides Automation in 2 Axes i.e., Rotary (B-Axis) and Cross Axis (Z-Axis) with Rapid Positioning & Manual Depth of cut in Vertical Axis (Y-Axis).

  • ROTARY AXIS i.e., B-Axis: - Equipped with Hydrodynamic designed Table capable to carry heavy load capacity neglecting the structural wear and inaccuracy caused by Rotary wobble.

  • VERTICAL AXIS i.e. Y-Axis is driven by A. C. Induction Motor through Precision Trapezoidal Lead Screw & Nut.

  • CROSS (TRAVERSE) AXIS i.e. Z-Axis is driven by A. C. Induction motor & Drive through Precision Double ended Trapezoidal Lead Screw & Nut.

  • GRINDING SPINDLE-CARTRIDGE is assembled with SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS along with Imported GREASE Filled for LIFE for Long trouble-free service.
