  • A High Precision Surface Grinder Machine is a tool or device used to remove material by making partial cuts. It uses an abrasive particle machining process to remove material from the surface of the part.

  • Pinnacle manufactures the Precision Surface Grinder series of machines. They are hydraulic, semi-automatic, high precision surface grinders with rotating tables and horizontal spindles, based on the latest European column moving design concept.

  • The longitudinal axis, i.e., the X-Axis, is moved by a hydraulic cylinder with a FINAL CUSHION device that ensures good damping at the end of each stroke and with solenoid valves for soft tilting of the table.

  • The Vertical Axis that is. The Y-Axis is moved by an AC. Induction motor with trapezoidal screws and nuts with a minimum accuracy of 0.002 mm.

  • The cross (traverse) axis, the Z-Axis, is driven by an AC induction motor and a precision trapezoidal lead screw and nut.

  • Grinding Spindle: The cartridge is filled with imported SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS grease, filled with imported lifetime grease for long, trouble-free operation.

  • GSH series offers 2-axis automation, namely X-axis and Z-axis with high-speed positioning and manual vertical depth of cut (Y-axis).
