These machines, designed as Horizontal Rotary Surface Grinder, offer exceptional precision and reliability.

  • Rotary Axis i.e. B-Axis is equipped with a hydrodynamic-designed table capable of carrying heavy loads, eliminating structural wear and inaccuracies caused by rotary wobble. This feature makes the PHR Semi series an ideal choice for those looking for a reliable Horizontal Spindle Rotary Surface Grinder.

  • Vertical Axis i.e. Y-Axis is driven by an A.C. induction motor through a precision trapezoidal lead screw and nut.

  • Cross (Traverse) Axis i.e. Z-Axis is driven by an A.C. induction motor through a precision trapezoidal lead screw and nut, ensuring smooth and precise movements in all directions.

  • The grinding spindle cartridge is assembled with imported Super Precision Bearings, grease-packed with imported grease, and filled for life to provide long, trouble-free service.

  • PHR Semi series machines are mostly used for high production or batch production purposes, reducing the dependency on operators significantly.
